New IPOD
I think everyone in the office was doing the happy dance when......the partners gave us ALL new IPODS!
How cool is, that.....:)
.........hold them in your heart.

In case you ever wondered why I named this blog "These Are The Days". It was named after one of my ALL TIME favorite songs by Van Morrison. Although you can't here the song, I love...love the melody.
These are the days
These are the days of the endless summer
These are the days,
the time is now
There is no past,
theres only future
Theres only here,
theres only now
Oh your smiling face,
your gracious presence
The fires of spring are kindling bright
Oh the radiant heart
and the song of glory
Crying freedom in the night
These are the days
by the sparkling river
His timely grace and our treasured find
This is the love of the one magician
Who turned the water into wine
These are days of the endless dancing
and theLong walks on the summer night
These are the days of the true romancing
When Im holding you oh, so tight
These are the days by the sparkling river
His timely grace and our treasured find
This is the love of the one great magician
Who Turned water into wine
These are the days now that we must savour
And we must enjoy as we can
These are the days that will last forever
You've got to hold them in your heart.

What a whirl wind kinda month. Well at least for our family.
Someone has either been sick (me) or working overtime at work (me)…Yes I have been up to my eyeballs in Personal Income taxes and it’s not even April yet! I swear the faster I work the more they load me up. Can I wave my little white flag yet?
I was sick for a week vomiting and everything else that goes along with having the flu…what a mess. I’m just starting to feel like myself…..and NO I’m not pregnant! LOL I was asked at work if I was…nnnoooo way , noooooo maaam! So lets set the record straight, I’m not.
After the snow came and went and came back again then went again, we managed to spend some time outside raking all the dead leaves I had on all the flower beds. Now the little crocus and tulips sprouts can see some sunlight. This is my first year planting spring bulbs so I’m crossing my fingers and hoping for blooms.
After some contemplation and the dream of a beautiful backyard we have decided to try to find our dog Hutch a new home, a place where he has free range to destroy what he wants. We’re just tired of trying to contend with holes and bits of hose and other stuff torn up. They say they get better when they are older…..but I can’t wait that long and either can our home….remember the hole in the drywall? lLOL!
We acquired a bunch of new furniture from Ma & Pa…THANK YOU….It looks lovely in our living room upstairs and I can’t wait to give it the “Andrea Touch”.
Carson has a blast during the week at Aunty Mel & Uncle Mike’s and from what I can see really loves to interact with his cousins. He gets so excited to see them whenever they pop by. He has been good with not being sick until these last couple days. He isn’t vomiting or anything just a fever and he has been really “cuddly”. So he’ll be staying home tomorrow with Aunty Leah so he can rest.
Brodie sold his Camarro, and has been thinking of where in the house he wants to invest the money….secretly I think he should invest in a new digital SLR camera for ME…..but hey it’s just an idea.
Did our taxes..and AAAACCCKKKK oh dear, those dirty rotten scoundrels want me to pay…Yep Brodie gets a refund and I owe and arm & a leg.
On the scrapping front…I had a card published in the February Issue of Cards magazine…and got a LOAD of fun goodies, some I like and some I’ve passed onto others…Hey I like to share!
My friend got some GREAT scrapping news yesterday so I’m super stoked for her
smiling * Yah….you ROCK!
I’m involved in a Circle Journal group and all the ladies are very nice and have also participated in numerous fun swaps.
FFC --à The Book is coming together and I’ve been trying to keep up with all the other fabulous DT members who are contributing….WOW….next step get my pages together to ship overseas to be photographed.
Phewwwww…That’s all for now, I probably left out a TON of stuff.
